Spirits and Cocktails

Berry Underground

A berry tasty blend of Boxer Gin, blackberries, blueberries and apple topped with Prosecco to give it that extra kick!

Joey’s Margarita

It’s a classic, but we love it! We keep it simple with tequila, sugar and lime shaken and served on the rocks.

Boxing Aligator

Our Boxing Alligator is really something special. Avocado, Boxer Gin and Elderflower topped with Prosecco. You can even say it’s one of your five a day (Don’t think it is though, sorry!)

Bowery Breakfast

Our spin on a Breakfast Martini; whiskey, ginger, apple and marmalade shaken up. This one is a Three15 classic!

Amaretto Sour

An Amaretto sour suitable for all those lovely vegans! Organic Amaretto shaken with sugar, lemon and a dash of pineapple. No egg white it sight!

Purple Haze

Plantation Dark Rum, blackberries, mint and lemon all shook up and on the rocks. This drink put a spell on me!

Boxer Gin is all about tradition with a twist. They deliver the classic London dry style of gin but with unprecedented vibrancy and complexity.

The main balance of flavours is between fresh juniper and citrus. This extra dry balance is set against a background of rich, woody spice and aromatic floral roots.

The Boxer difference is most apparent on the nose and on the finish, and it stands up exceptionally well to tonic, remaining clear even on heavy dilution. When drunk neat or as a gin martini, the softness and luxurious texture of Boxer gin are most apparent and extremely welcome.

Boxer Gin is distilled and bottled in the UK and has won The World Spirit Awards (San Francisco) 2014 – Silver Medal along with being awarded 4.5 Stars (Excellent) by Difford’s Guide.

Element 29 is a premium British artisan vodka made from the finest east Anglian wheat.

The vodka is distilled in ‘Angela’, the copper distiller which is over 100 years old. Angela is a piece of living history and was hand hammered by John Dore & Co in their London workshops in 1903 and helps to give Element 29 it’s unique smoothness and distinctive character.

The taste is clean and rich, full of natural grain sweetness with subtle notes of grass.
