We’ve always been passionate about great drinks, music and sustainability. After a combined 10 years working in bars we decided to take the plunge, and create something that contained all three!
So we created Three15; a pop-up cocktail bar experience taking influence from the 1970s New York music scene, venues such as CBGB’s and Max’s Kansas City. We’ve even taken our name from the address of CBGB, which was at 315 Bowery, New York City.
We love the idea of stripped down spaces, back to basics and embracing a DIY ethic. We’ve carefully crafted our bar out of recycled scaffold boards to have an industrial look and feel. The products we stock have each been chosen for their quality, sustainability and most importantly taste, and our cocktail menu is pretty amazing too!
We wanted to create something new, a rebellion against all the uninspiring contemporary mobile bars. We do all of this, while still holding sustainability, social and eco-responsibility as one of our top priorities.
Weddings are a celebration, and what is a celebration without drinks? We can provide everything from welcome drinks, table wine to post dinner cocktails. Our pop up bar provides an unforgettable experience regardless of location.
We can pitch up pretty much anywhere and make sure the drinks are flowing for crowds large and small. Festival goers and VIPs will love our ice cold cocktails and freshly poured pints of craft beer.
Our alternative, unique bar and amazing cocktails will be the talking point of any event! We’re perfect for product launches, exhibitions, private parties and everything in between. Our incredible mixologists can even run a cocktail masterclass for you and your guests.
Three15 has been created from recycled scaffold boards by the extremely talented Ric at The Wood Store Brighton, the UK’s first not for profit wood recycling institution.
Element 29 Vodka and Boxer Gin are our delicious and fully vegan house pours. These both come in ‘bag in box’ packaging which reduces packaging by 95%, cuts transport weight by 45% and cuts transported volume by 63%. The carbon cost of producing and recycling glass is completely avoided, they also won Silver at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2014!
We love the look of neon signs; the trouble is neon is awful for the environment. Luckily, we discovered LED Flex, a low energy alternative to neon that doesn’t use any harmful chemicals like mercury but that looks absolutely amazing, if we do say so ourselves!
All of our spirits are carefully selected based on their sustainability, packaging and social responsibility. We stock as many vegan products as we can, and don’t use any milk or eggs in any of our cocktails.
Both our wine and beer come in key kegs, these are better for the environment as it not only saves on the transportation of bottles or heavy kegs around the country but also cuts out the nasty chemicals that are used to clean them.
We aim to create as little waste as possible, and any waste that we do create we make sure is recycled. We also use compostable glasses wherever we can, but if not always recyclables!
